Important Safety Information

The Cadillac comes with a safety strap designed to prevent the swing-through bar from swinging dangerously under tension. However, this strap is not intended to turn the bar into a rigid platform for sitting, kneeling, swinging, standing, or climbing.

The swing-through bar should only be used for push or swing exercises, either with or without the supplied springs. Using it outside the design specifications — such as for isometric, full-body weight, or lateral exercises — may cause injury and liability risks.
