This 1″ x 6″ x 9″ small Pilates block, also known as a foam cushion, is a perfect addition to any fully equipped Pilates studio or gym. This block can be used for several exercises and purposes, such as a head block, between the knees or to help with correcting a pelvic tilt to aid correct alignment and posture during either reformer Pilates or matwork. Alongside being ideal for Pilates, they can be used for yoga, fusion-style classes, as well as rehabilitation, physiotherapy, or athletic conditioning. This block is made from a combination of EVA & TPE foam, which provides a softer cushioning compared to a full EVA block. Also available in 3″ x 6″ x 9″ (medium) or 2″ x 10″ x 13″ (large).
