Safety Guidelines

• Wall Requirements: Attach only to solid walls; avoid using on stud walls. Professional installation is recommended.
• Swing Through Bar Use: The safety strap prevents the bar from swinging down under tension. However, the bar is not designed for bodyweight exercises such as standing, sitting, or hanging. Use it only for push/swing-through exercises with the provided springs.
