Where we ship

We deliver to most EU countries. If your location is remote or requires special access (narrow streets, restricted zones, islands), delivery may take longer or require a custom quote.

Delivery times

  • Typical estimate: 7–14 business days after order confirmation.
  • Large items (e.g., reformers) may ship via freight/pallet delivery and can take longer.
  • Delivery time depends on stock status, your country, courier schedules, and seasonal load.

Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details by email (if available for your shipment method). For freight deliveries, the carrier may contact you to arrange a delivery window.

Pallet / freight deliveries (large equipment)

  • Please ensure the delivery address is accessible for a van/truck and that someone can receive the shipment.
  • Freight delivery is typically curbside (driver may not carry items inside or upstairs).
  • Inspect packaging on arrival. If you see visible damage, note it with the carrier and take photos.

Returns & Refunds

14-day withdrawal (online purchases)

If you are an EU consumer buying online, you can usually withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods (certain exclusions apply).

Return conditions

  • Items should be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories, manuals and parts included.
  • To avoid damage in transit, use protective packaging similar to what you received.
  • If the product shows use/wear beyond necessary inspection, a value reduction may apply.

Non-returnable items (common examples)

  • Custom-made / personalized items (if applicable)
  • Sealed hygiene items once opened (if applicable)
  • Services already fully performed (if applicable)

Refund timeline

Once we confirm your withdrawal/return and receive the goods (or proof of return shipment), we process the refund to the original payment method. Shipping fees may be non-refundable depending on the case.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos (packaging + product). We’ll advise the fastest solution (replacement parts, exchange, or refund where applicable).

Warranty & After-sales support
